We have a minimum 2 night stay requirement in place for all reservations for winter and summer season.
The above pricing includes standard private log cabin accommodation with two double beds, 3 mountain gourmet meals and afternoon tea.
1. All rates are quoted and payable in Canadian Funds.
2. An mandatory Environmental Fee of $5.00 per adult, per night, will be applied to each reservation.
3. 2% Tourism Improvement Fee, 4% Alberta Tourism Levy and 5% GST are additional
4. Deposit and Cancellation Policy Once a reservation has been booked, a charge of $50.00 + GST per person will apply if cancelled. Otherwise, We will require full payment 30 days prior to arrival and at that time is fully non-refundable.
Groups of eight or more will require a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 + GST per person upon booking and a 10% service charge will be added to bill.
5. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive email confirmation.
6. Shadow Lake Lodge has no control or responsibility for the weather and reserves the right to cancel any stay at anytime without notice. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to poor access conditions, poor driving conditions on roads, restrictions on trail access and weather.
7. You should carry proper insurance in the event that you must cancel due to an accident or illness.
