Host Julie Bohonos — IAYT certified Yoga Therapist and IRI Certified iRest® Meditation Teacher — has spent years creating spaces for students in mindful movement and reflection. Julie will guide you through a myriad of breathwork, guided meditation and yoga; activities designed to complement your daily hiking adventures!
What’s included
1-2 Mindful movement sessions per day– engage your body in gentle exercises that promote flexibility, strength and inner calm.
Nutritious backcountry meals – this includes breakfast, trail lunches, afternoon tea goodies and a three-course dinner!
Private, cozy cabin accommodation.
A nature-connected experience – immerse yourself in the tranquility of Banff National Park with outdoor activities like hiking and yoga to celebrate the connection between nature and well-being.
Meet your host
Julie Bohonos is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, meditation coach and mentor and is a member of faculty with the Trauma Informed Yoga Psychology School.
At home in Canmore, or at beautiful locations around the world, Julie helps clients reconnect to innate well-being. She draws from practices such as therapeutic movement, strategic breathing, and meditative inquiry in nature.
